A team leader in a corporate setting should maintain high ethical standards and punctuality. When the team sees their leader's dedication, they are naturally inspired to follow the same discipline, creating a productive environment.

Realizing this unity leads to liberation from the cycle of birth and death, as one understands that the core essence of all beings is the same.

Practice seeing the same divine spark in everyone you meet, regardless of their outward appearance or status. Example: Just as electricity is the same but powers different bulbs, the same life force is in everyone.
