Their inner consciousness remains anchored in the Self, ensuring that while they are 'in' the world, they are not 'of' the world.

Apply this by practicing 'mindful detachment' at work. Be fully present in your tasks, but do not let the stress of competition or the fear of failure disturb your inner peace, much like water sliding off a duck's back.
