In a corporate setting, if a CEO practices transparency and punctuality, the employees naturally adopt these values. Leaders must embody the change they wish to see in their organization.

Lord Krishna explains to Arjuna that a wise person must perform their duties with perfection because their actions serve as a blueprint for the rest of society.
