In this verse, Saint Dnyaneshwar highlights the arrival of key figures on the Pandava side. King Drupada, the five sons of Draupadi, and the valiant Abhimanyu (son of Subhadra and Arjuna) have joined the battlefield with their respective military divisions. This illustrates the collective strength and determination of the forces of righteousness (Dharma) gathered to face the challenge of the Kauravas.

In any major undertaking, the collective participation of skilled individuals is vital. For example, in a corporate project, the combined expertise of different team members leads to a successful outcome.

Saint Dnyaneshwar describes the gathering of the Pandava allies and their formidable warriors on the battlefield of Kurukshetra.

In this verse, Saint Dnyaneshwar explains Krishna's call to action for Arjuna. Arjuna was paralyzed by 'Moha' (delusion) caused by his attachment to his kinsmen. Krishna addresses him as 'Ananta' and urges him not to be fooled by these temporary worldly illusions. He asks Arjuna to cast away the mental fog and become 'Savadh' (alert/aware) of his true self and his immediate responsibility. It is a call to move from emotional confusion to intellectual clarity.

In daily life, when we face a dilemma where our emotions cloud our judgment, we should practice detachment to see the situation clearly. For example, a leader must set aside personal biases to make a fair decision for the team's benefit.

Lord Krishna advises Arjuna to overcome his emotional delusion and regain clarity to perform his duty as a warrior.

Saint Dnyaneshwar uses a profound metaphor of the sky to explain the concept of non-duality (Advaita). He suggests that just as any perceived form or illusion in the sky eventually dissolves back into the sky itself, the individual consciousness, which appears distinct due to ignorance, eventually merges into the supreme Self. Upon enlightenment, the seeker realizes that the light of the soul was never separate from the soul itself; the observer and the observed become one.

Understand that temporary emotions like ego or anxiety are just passing clouds in the vast sky of your consciousness. Example: When you feel angry, realize it is a temporary state that will dissolve, leaving your inner peace untouched if you don't attach to it.

In the second chapter, Saint Dnyaneshwar explains Krishna's teachings about the eternal nature of the soul and the illusion of duality.
