Just as darkness creates illusions, ignorance creates doubts that take deep root in the human heart, leading to inaction and confusion. The only way to eliminate this is through 'Jnana' (Knowledge). By using the metaphorical 'Sword of Knowledge', one must uproot these doubts. Once the truth is realized, the mind becomes clear, and the individual can perform their worldly and spiritual duties with absolute conviction.
