Therefore, to ensure social order and moral integrity, it is imperative for leaders to act righteously, as their behavior becomes the blueprint for the masses.

In a corporate setting, if a CEO maintains a culture of transparency and hard work, the employees will naturally emulate those values. Leaders must lead by example to foster a positive environment.

Saint Dnyaneshwar explains Krishna's teaching to Arjuna about why leaders must perform their duties selflessly to set an example for society.

Saint Dnyaneshwar explains that doubts are born from ignorance and act like a dense forest that obstructs the path of truth and right action. This 'forest of doubt' prevents a person from seeing reality clearly. To overcome this, one must use the 'sword of knowledge' (Atma-jnana). For example, if you are confused about a complex project at work, gaining the necessary skills and knowledge (the weapon) will remove the confusion (the forest) and allow you to proceed confidently.
