Realizing this unity leads to liberation from the cycle of birth and death, as one understands that the core essence of all beings is the same.

Practice seeing the same divine spark in everyone you meet, regardless of their outward appearance or status. Example: Just as electricity is the same but powers different bulbs, the same life force is in everyone.

Shri Krishna explains the nature of the Soul to Arjuna, and Dnyaneshwar Maharaj elaborates on its oneness despite appearing in multiple forms.
