💰 Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Services Policy (Instant Access)

Paripath provides digital educational resources, worksheets, panchang files, and membership access. Because these resources are digital and delivered immediately upon payment confirmation via our payment gateway (Razorpay), **all purchases are final**.

2. Refund Policy

  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any monthly or yearly subscription renewals, or individual document purchases.
  • Payment Errors & Double Charges: If you were charged twice for a single transaction or if money was deducted from your account but your subscription did not activate, please email us at [email protected] with your payment transaction details. In case of verified duplicate payments, we will process a refund for the extra charge within 5-7 business days.

3. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription renewal at any time. To cancel:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Navigate to the **Settings** panel (by clicking your avatar).
  3. Go to the **Subscription & Purchases** tab.
  4. Click the **Manage Subscription** or cancellation button.

Once cancelled, your active subscription will not renew at the next billing date. You will continue to have full premium access until the end of your paid billing period.

4. Delivery & Fulfillment Policy

Since Paripath is a digital platform, **no physical shipping of products takes place**. All downloadable PDFs, games, or features are delivered instantly over the internet. There are no shipping charges, delivery fees, or packaging delays associated with your purchases.
