Mangalyaan (MOM): Mars Orbiter

Chandrayaan-2: Partial Success

Chandrayaan-2 aimed for a soft landing near the Moon's South Pole. While the orbiter segment successfully entered lunar orbit and continues to operate, the Vikram lander unfortunately experienced a hard landing, preventing the Pragyan rover from deploying.
